This beautiful holiday home ‘Casa Lena’ is situated against a nature reserve at an altitude of 600 meters, near Alcaucin, Vinuela and the coast. Several terraces with phenomenal views of the valley and the mountains. Private (salt!) swimming pool (available from May), barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI, IPTV.
Located an hour’s drive from Malaga airport. The villa is just over half an hour’s drive from the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous tranquility at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard. The villa is easily accessible with parking in front of the door and a 20 minute walk or less than 5 minute drive from Alcaucin, which has a supermarket and a few bars. Due to the unique location against a nature reserve, you can walk directly from the house through the beautiful nature reserve of El Alcázar.
The villa is spread over two fully furnished floors and has an area of approximately 120 m2 and a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding mountains. On the huge terrace there is a salt pool (800 x 400 x (110-195)) with Roman steps and plenty of sunbeds to enjoy the tranquility and breathtaking views. There is also a barbecue.
The property is completely fenced and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate and parking for several cars.
The house is spread over two floors, all rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are two living rooms with wood burning stoves, two fully equipped kitchens, three bedrooms with ample fitted wardrobes, two and a half bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. IPTV with all NL and BE channels (and more) in the living room. WIFI.
Upper floor (street level):
Living room 1 has a sitting / sleeping sofa, Smart TV, a wood stove, air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is also a small balcony with a view over the valley and the mountains here.
The semi-open kitchen 1, with air conditioning and ceiling fan, is accessible from the living room via an arc. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4 zones ceramic hob, a fridge / freezer, an oven and all cooking utensils and sufficient cupboard space. There is also a washing machine here.
Bedroom 1 has two single beds, a single trundle bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and ample fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and ample fitted wardrobes.
The spacious bathroom 1 is heated, has a bath and a shower.
Bathroom 2 (only toilet and sink) is located between the two floors.
Ground floor:
Living room 2 has a three-seater and a two-seater sofa, Smart TV, a wood stove, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The dining table is also in this living room. From the living room there is access to the veranda through double sliding glass doors.
Here too, the semi-open kitchen is accessible from the living room via an arc. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4 zones ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, all cooking utensils, sufficient cupboard space, TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is also a washing machine here.
The main bedroom 3 with a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and sufficient fitted wardrobes has an en suite bathroom 3 with shower and additional heating.
The necessary linen is provided in each room (sheets, (beach) towels).
A baby cot and highchair can be placed on request.

In a very quiet location near Vinuela and the coast is this beautiful holiday home ‘Villa Vinuela’. Several terraces with views of the mountains and Lake Vinuela. Private pool with outdoor shower, barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI, IPTV (with all Dutch channels and more).
Located less than an hour from Malaga airport. The villa is about 25 minutes from the beach! This allows you to enjoy both the peace and quiet at the villa, the beach and the boulevard. Restaurants and supermarkets 5 minutes away.
The villa has an area of about 100 m2 and a beautiful view over the lake of Vinuela and the surrounding mountains. Quietly situated in the mountains of Algarrobo, you will find this spacious holiday home ‘Casa Grande Familia’. Various terraces with sea and mountain views. Private pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI.
Located about 35 km from Malaga airport. The villa is just over 6 km from the coastline so you are at the beach in less than a quarter of an hour! This allows you to enjoy the peace and privacy at the villa as well as the beach and the boulevard. Access is via a typical Spanish mountain road, of which the last few hundred meters are unpaved.
The villa has an area of approximately 250 m2 divided over two floors with separate entrances and both with an independent living room and kitchen. There are beautiful views over the sea and the surrounding mountains. On the terrace is a private pool, hexagonal of about 20 m2 with enough space to enjoy the sun and the view. On the terrace is a barbecue with a large sink with sink. The building is completely walled and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate. The car can be parked in front of the house on the mountain road or within the properties boundary.

Located in a beautiful location, this beautifully renovated holiday home “Casa Andasol” is a 15-minute drive from Torrox in the mountains. Veranda with panoramic sea and mountain views. Private swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI, NL TV.
The villa is located at 570 meters altitude and can be reached via a typical Spanish mountain road, the last 250 meters of which are unpaved (less suitable for the inexperienced driver). A car is essential. It is not accessible for the disabled. It is less than 20 minutes from the beach and the promenade of Torrox with its cozy restaurants, bars and shops.
