Located about 45 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport and about
25 minutes from the beach! This allows you to enjoy both the peace and quiet at the villa and the beach with boulevard. The villa is easily accessible with parking in front, centrally located one kilometre from Los Romanes centre and some restaurants and less than 5 minutes by car from Viñuela.The villa has an area of about 150 m2 and a beautiful view over the lake of Vinuela and the surrounding mountains. On the huge terrace there is a swimming pool (720 x 420 x (110-180)) with plenty of sun beds to enjoy the peace and the breath-taking views. The views are even more beautiful from the spacious roof terrace. There is also a barbecue. Enough shade can be found on the veranda with the lounge set.
The property is completely walled and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate with a parking space for several cars.Three bedrooms with ample fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. This holiday home ‘Casa BellaVista’ is fantastically located in the mountains of Torrox, with panoramic views over the mountains. Private pool, barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI.
Located approximately 40 km from Malaga airport. Casa BellaVista is located at an altitude of 330 meters and can be reached via a typical Spanish mountain road, mostly paved and partly unpaved (less suitable for the inexperienced driver). In just 20 minutes you are at the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous peace and privacy at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard.
The villa has an area of approximately 200 m2 on two floors with breathtaking views over the mountains and Frigiliana. The fenced swimming pool (800 x 300 x 105-170) with automatic night lighting and outdoor shower is located near the veranda. This spacious villa also has a very large covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue, pizza oven and a large counter with sink. Also a spacious dining area. There are several terraces. The property is completely walled and closed at the front with a large iron entrance gate. The car (s) can be parked both on the site and outside the entrance gate.
There are four bedrooms, two with an ensuite bathroom. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped. TV in the living room with Spanish and international channels (IPTV can be arranged on request). WIFI.

Located in a beautiful location, this beautifully renovated holiday home “Casa Andasol” is a 15-minute drive from Torrox in the mountains. Veranda with panoramic sea and mountain views. Private swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI, NL TV.
The villa is located at 570 meters altitude and can be reached via a typical Spanish mountain road, the last 250 meters of which are unpaved (less suitable for the inexperienced driver). A car is essential. It is not accessible for the disabled. It is less than 20 minutes from the beach and the promenade of Torrox with its cozy restaurants, bars and shops.

This holiday home ‘Villa Tranquila’ offers an amazing and pretty calm spot in the mountains of Torrox. There is a panoramic and stunning 360° view to the coastline and the impressive mountains of the Sierra Almijara. Private pool, barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI.
The villa is located approximately 40 km from Malaga airport at an altitude of 430 meters and can be reached via a typical Spanish mountain road, mostly paved and partly unpaved (less suitable for the inexperienced driver). It Its just 20 min. driving to the beaches of the Costa del Sol like Nerja and Torrox or the “white” and romantic villages in the mountains like Frigiliana or Competa. Enjoy great and relaxing time with your family or friends at the pool or the roof terrace. Get a lot of sun all year long and enjoy Spanish lifestyle with tasty tapas and nightlife.
The villa is fully equipped and furnished. There are fresh linen and towels, modern technic like fast Wifi-Internet, Bluetooth TV + Bose-soundsystem and a complete kitchen including dish washing machine, oven and fridge, etc. Finally there is air-condition, heating, hot-water and a fire place.
