This holiday home \u2018Villa Tranquila\u2019 offers an amazing and pretty calm spot in the mountains of Torrox. There is a panoramic and stunning 360\u00b0 view to the coastline and the impressive mountains of the Sierra Almijara. Private pool, barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The villa is located approximately 40 km from Malaga airport at an altitude of 430 meters and can be reached via a typical Spanish mountain road, mostly paved and partly unpaved (less suitable for the inexperienced driver). It Its just 20 min. driving to the beaches of the Costa del Sol like Nerja and Torrox or the \u201cwhite\u201d and romantic villages in the mountains like Frigiliana or Competa. Enjoy great and relaxing time with your family or friends at the pool or the roof terrace. Get a lot of sun all year long and enjoy Spanish lifestyle with tasty tapas and nightlife.<\/p>\n

The villa is fully equipped and furnished.\u00a0There are fresh linen and towels, modern technic like fast\u00a0Wifi-Internet, Bluetooth TV + Bose-soundsystem\u00a0and a complete kitchen including dish washing machine, oven and fridge, etc.\u00a0Finally\u00a0there is air-condition, heating, hot-water and a fire place.<\/p>\n

The villa itself is\u00a0located\u00a0on\u00a0a nice slope of the mountain with south-west orientation. The size is approx. 2.500m\u00b2 and there is proper driveway with space for 2-3 cars. Just in front of the villa you will find a big sunny terrace with a stunning 360\u00b0 view to the coastline and the impressive mountains. In the middle of the terrace is private pool with a nice size of approx. 25m\u00b2. The big\u00a0veranda-porch is offering enough space to relax or eat in the shadow.\u00a0The garden furniture is available for all needs. Behind the villa you will find a cosy and green garden with outside kitchen and barbecue facilities.\u00a0All over about the place is\u00a0mediterran\u00a0vegetation like lemon-trees or palm trees.<\/p>\n

The freestanding villa has a size of approx. 100m\u00b2. 3 bedrooms with two\u00a0kingsize\u00a0beds and a sofa bed are offering space for up to 6 persons. The spacious\u00a0and bright\u00a0living room and the connected winter garden are offering direct view\u00a0to the sea and sofa lounge + dining + chimney facilities. 2 bathrooms with hot shower and a fully equipped kitchen are completing the villa.\u00a0Finally\u00a0there\u00a0is an amazing rooftop-terrace on the villa.<\/p>\n

The living room<\/strong> has a fireplace, a four-seater sofa, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4-burner gas hob, fridge \/ freezer, all cooking utensils and plenty of cupboard space.<\/p>\n

Bedroom 1<\/strong>, with a double bed and wardrobe has a view of the pool
\nBedroom 2<\/strong> and have a double bed as well.
\nbedroom 3 <\/strong>has a sofa bed<\/p>\n

Bathroom 1<\/strong> has a walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink.
\nBathroom 2 <\/strong>which is en-suite to bedroom 3 has a shower cabinet, a toilet, a sink and fantastic views to the sea.<\/p>\n

The washing machine is in a separate room.<\/p>\n

Several terraces with enough sunbeds for the guests. Enough sun – and shade. Views of the mountains and sea.<\/p>\n
